Delivery & Returns

We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK orders are dispatched by courier, or Royal Mail for small packages. Goods should be received within 7 days of placing your order – this excludes our large (50 x 70cm) custom prints which may take up to 14 days.

International orders are shipped by courier. Delivery times will vary – please allow 21 days for International shipping.

If you require your order sooner please email us at hello@thejamtart.co.uk and we will aim to meet your requirements.

If you do not live in one of the countries we deliver to and would like to place an order please email us at hello@thejamtart.co.uk.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any of our customised items.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, please return to us and we will send a replacement.

All complaints should be made within one week of delivery. Complaints should be emailed to us at hello@thejamtart.co.uk.

We are unable to refund any costs associated with returning your purchase.

For all returns we strongly advise that you return using a secure postal method, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are lost in transit. All products must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
